DIAL-AN-ANGEL Celebrates 25 Years in Newcastle

On 15 August 2013, DIAL-AN-ANGEL® Newcastle will celebrate 25 years of providing domestic housekeeping assistance, in home aged care, in-home nursing, nannies, child care and other angelic services to clients in and around the Newcastle region.

2013 has been a fantastic year for this busy office, with Office manager Wendy Campbell accepting the Office of the Year Award for 2013 on behalf of her team at our Annual Conference. The office of the year award goes to the office presenting superior service to clients and the community, outstanding dedication and loyalty, excellence in communication, a close rapport with the Angels and a diligent approach to challenging assignments. Newcastle also won this award in 2005, and 8 years on, the office continues to provide the same exemplary level of dedication and excellence.

At this year's conference it was a double celebration for Newcastle when Michelle Lane (also from Newcastle office) won Star Performer of the Year. Two wins from one office highlights the fantastic work being done.

The DIAL-AN-ANGEL Newcastle office first opened in Watt Street. The earthquake which shook the town in 1989 was only regarded as yet another challenge to be faced and encouraged DIAL-AN-ANGEL to seek alternative premises. This was achieved in late 1992 and the office moved to its bright, spacious home in King Street where they provide assistance from as far as the Nelson Bay Area down through to Maitland, Cessnock and Nords Wharf.

Newcastle provides extensive eldercare and in home nursing services to service the changing needs of Australia's aging population. DIAL-AN-ANGEL is also working with hotels and serviced apartments in this area for babysitting and daytime childcare services in order to tap in to the tourism market.  Novocastrian's outsource all of their cleaning and home services to DIAL-AN-ANGEL.  The Agency is known as a trusted supplier of quality services; skilled and experienced cleaners and handyman /gardeners.

DIAL-AN-ANGEL is always seeking new experienced, caring Angels® in a variety of departments. Many of the services provided by the Newcastle office are perfect for mothers to schedule around their family's commitments. Many of the tasks involved would suit mums with grown children or active grandparents who enjoy driving, working in the garden and around the home. Angels may elect to work any three hours or
more - on days and at times that suit them. It's even their choice whether they work during school vacations - perfect for parents re-entering the work force!
