A: DIAL-AN-ANGEL provides a number of services tailored to businesses. We are able to work with you on promotions, tailor made employee assistance programs and employee recognition/rewards programs. In addition to these tailor made services we offer gift vouchers, hospitality staffing for use in home or office and franchise opportunities.

Q: What are the benefits to businesses of working with DIAL-AN-ANGEL?

A: DIAL-AN-ANGEL is the only national agency providing childcare, aged care and cleaning services. We offer personal points of contact, centralised billing, usage reports and have online resources available for your employees. All of our Angels are fully insured, with one of the most rigorous screening processes in the industry. We are also happy to tailor to individual needs, ensuring you get the best service possible.

A: Companies we have provided prizes for include well known Australian brands such as Westfield Shopping Centres, Random House, Channel 10, Channel 9, Channel 7, Mix 106.5 FM, Sabco Cleaning Products, Cadbury Chocolate, De’Longhi (Australia) and charities too numerous to mention.

A: If you have a promotion you think is in line with the DIAL-AN-ANGEL brand and values, it’s easy to get started! Send an email with the outline of your promotion to marketing@dialanangel.com and someone will get back to you to develop a unique offer.

A: Happy employees are more likely to stay with your company longer and produce higher quality work. Ensuring that employee’s loved ones are looked after is a big step in reducing employee stress levels. Your employees can take less time off work, knowing that their loved ones are in safe hands.

A: Creating tailor made solutions is something we pride ourselves on. We’ll work with you to integrate DIAL-AN-ANGEL services into existing employee assistance programs.

Q: What are the benefits of giving DIAL-AN-ANGEL gift vouchers as part of an employee recognition/reward program?

A: Gift vouchers are the preferred choice of non-cash rewards for employees. Q: What can we use Gift Vouchers for?

A: DIAL-AN-ANGEL vouchers are available for all of our services, from cleaning to aged care. These vouchers are thoughtful gifts that can be given to family, friends colleagues or employees! Our Gift Vouchers are also available as prizes for promotions and competitions.

Q: Do you only provide hospitality staffing for use in the home?

A: Home and corporate function Angels are available to provide hospitality staffing for use in homes, offices, wedding venues or other venues of your choice.

Q: What services can your hospitality staff provide?

A: Our home and corporate function Angels are able to provide a full spectrum of services for your function! Food and drink preparation and serving, washing and drying dinnerware, fine glassware and cutlery and tidying up at the conclusion of the event.

Q: Do you provide emergency senior care as well as emergency childcare?

A: Yes! Both our childcare and eldercare services are available for emergency situations. 

Q: Can you setup a temporary creche on our premises?

A: We can! Childcare angels can be provided for creche’s at conferences and company training sessions or meetings as required. All of our Angels are insured and confidentiality is assured..

Q: I’m interested in a DIAL-AN-ANGEL franchise. What opportunities are available?

A: Thanks for your interest in DIAL-AN-ANGEL! We currently have a wonderful opportunity for someone to take over our established Canberra office, but will also take expressions of interest for a number of areas around Australia. See here for more.
